This is my 27th year in education. Prior to working at Brentfield I served as the principal at Lakewood Elementary in DallasISD and in PlanoISD at both Schimelpfenig Middle School and Centennial Elementary School. My wife Katie and I have two children, Anderson &amp; Henry, as well as our dog Gladys. I&#8217;ve been a proud member of the Brentfield community for 16 years, starting my journey here as a PE teacher for nine years, then teaching 5th grade for five years. Before becoming a Bobcat, I gained valuable experience at Forestridge Elementary, also within Richardson ISD. My husband, Jason, and I are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Drew, Riley, and Blake.<\/p><p>I truly love this community, our incredible students, and our amazing staff. I am committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere where every student and every staff member feels valued, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential. Previously, I taught 1st and 4th grade for seven years and served as a Principal Resident at Mohawk Elementary. I\u2019m a proud Richardson ISD graduate and former Pacesetter Captain at JJ Pearce. My degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&amp;M University and last school year I completed my master\u2019s degree in Educational Leadership at Dallas Baptist University.<\/p><p>I\u2019m passionate about student growth, building meaningful connections with students, and empowering both children and adults to learn, grow, and thrive.
