I am beginning my 20th \u00a0year in education, all proudly served in Richardson ISD. Over the course of my career, I have worked as a classroom teacher, instructional specialist, academic facilitator, and assistant principal before stepping into the role of principal at NHE.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Baylor University and my master&#8217;s degree in School Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Throughout my career, my passion has remained centered on student learning, building meaningful relationships, and creating a positive school culture that empowers all members of our community.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">Last year was filled with growth, learning, and connection\u2014and I am so excited to continue building on that foundation as we head into a new school year. At Northwood Hills, we believe in the power of strong partnerships with families and community members, and I look forward to continuing that collaboration as we &#8220;level up&#8221; together in 2025\u20132026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">Thank you for your continued support and partnership. of Northwood Hills Elementary School! I am so excited to help make Northwood Hills Elementary a safe, welcoming, and fun place for all students to learn and grow. This will be my 8th year as an AP and my 15th year in education. I was previously a teacher, coach, and assistant principal in Louisiana.
