Prior to joining the leadership team, she had the honor of serving as an ESL and English teacher and an instructional coach. While in education he has serves as a Science teacher, Coach, Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal. He is coming to J.J. Pearce as an assistant principal and Dean of Students. He is very excited to be able to work in the community where he lives and serves. She has served as a\u00a0Biology teacher and Instructional Coach before joining leadership. He is a Richardson High School and University of Texas graduate and has worked his entire career starting in 1991 in the Richardson ISD, as a high school and junior high Spanish teacher and as a high school and junior high assistant principal. Mr. Wing looks forward to a new year of learning and growing in the fully renovated and updated JJ Pearce High School building. Before joining the RISD family, Sharmeadia served as a high school biology, IPC, and chemistry teacher at Dallas ISD. She also taught adult continuing education and GED classes at Houston Community College. After which, she served as a chemistry teacher and instructional coach at Lake Highlands High School, an instructional coach at Richardson High School, and will begin her 11th year as an assistant principal at Pearce High School.
