Prior to joining the leadership team, she had the honor of serving as an ESL and English teacher and an instructional coach. He is a Richardson High School and University of Texas graduate and has worked his entire career starting in 1991 in the Richardson ISD, as a high school and junior high Spanish teacher and as a high school and junior high assistant principal. Mr. Wing looks forward to a new year of learning and growing in the fully renovated and updated JJ Pearce High School building. Before joining the RISD family, Sharmeadia served as a high school biology, IPC, and chemistry teacher at Dallas ISD. She also taught adult continuing education and GED classes at Houston Community College. After which, she served as a chemistry teacher and instructional coach at Lake Highlands High School, an instructional coach at Richardson High School, and will begin her 9th year as an assistant principal at Pearce High School. Pearce High School in Richardson ISD in Richardson, Texas. Before serving in the position as administrator, Mr. Benton was the Associate Director of Bands at J.J. Pearce High School where he served as an instructor of the marching band, conducted the Wind Symphony, assisted with other concert ensembles, and taught beginner classes within the Pearce cluster. Mr. Benton is a native of Longview, Texas, and a graduate of Longview High School.
