PCE\u2019s 4th and 5th grade language arts and social studies teacher has just completed her Doctorate degree in Educational Administration, Ed. D from East Texas A&M University! Her research and dissertation was focused on \u201cHow School Leaders inspire hope, and the power of teacher hope to predict self-efficacy and turnover intention.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
