Success in high school athletics is often measured in numbers, but for the Eagles, the era of Coach Kelly Dansby<\/strong> was defined by more than just a scoreboard. It was about building a culture of tenacity, precision, and winning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we look back at the 2016\u20132021 seasons, the stats speak for themselves. Coach Dansby didn’t just lead a team; she set a new gold standard for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milestone Achievement: 100 Career Wins<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The ’20\u2013’21 season was one for the history books. Finishing with a dominant 11-2 record<\/strong>, Coach Dansby reached the prestigious 100 Career Wins<\/strong> milestone. This achievement is a testament to years of dedication, strategic brilliance, and the ability to bring out the absolute best in her athletes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Beyond the 60+ points per game and the Coach of the Year titles, Coach Dansby instilled a “never-quit” attitude in her players. Whether it was navigating a challenging district schedule or maintaining momentum during a 15-game winning streak, her leadership remained the program’s North Star.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coach Kelly Dansby understood that a high-octane offense only works if the culture is high-discipline.<\/p>\n

      During the 2020\u20132021 season, when the team navigated an 11-2 record amidst unprecedented challenges, Dansby\u2019s leadership was the constant. She didn’t just coach a playbook; she coached a mindset. From being named the RISD Coach of the Year to clinching her 100th career victory, the numbers simply reflect the relentless preparation she demanded.
