On May 15, we held our Viking Vacation to celebrate the hard work and dedication our students have shown throughout the school year. During an extended lunch, students enjoyed several outdoor activities. The fields were open for football and soccer, while the parking lot featured music and the popular dunking booth. The courtyard was also available as a separate space for students to gather, and popsicles were provided for everyone to enjoy.
This event wouldn’t have been the same without the support of our incredible PTA. Whether they were volunteering their time to help run the activities or supporting behind the scenes, their presence made the day run smoothly. Our PTA is truly the backbone of the Viking community. They support our students, staff, and school in countless ways all year long.
While we could never truly repay the PTA for all they do, teacher said a small “thank you” during the festivities by providing lunch for our PTA volunteers. It was just a small gesture to show how much we value their partnership and heart.
Thank you, Vikings, for a great year! Thank you, North PTA, for making North Junior High such a wonderful place to be!
