I have heard so many amazing things about our students, campus, faculty, parents, and community. I am humbled and honored for the opportunity to be a part of this phenomenal team and community.<\/p><p>I graduated from the University of Houston with a double major in history and political science, before completing my master&#8217;s degree in educational leadership at Lamar University. Additionally, I am finalizing my dissertation defense at Abilene Christian University, where I will receive an EdD.<\/p><p>I began my career as a classroom teacher 19 years ago in the Houston area. I have had the privilege of serving the Richardson community for the past ten years, where I have led as an assistant principal and associate principal at JJ Pearce High School.<\/p><p>When I am not serving my community, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Lauren and I have two amazing children Graci and Bradley. Both of my children attend Prestonwood Elementary. My daughter is active in dance and my son plays baseball.<\/p><p>My passion is in creating a legacy for all of our students by providing them with a wide range of learning opportunities and preparing them for their future. It is with great excitement and gratitude that I join this vibrant school community dedicated to student learning, growth, and success.<\/p><p>As an educator, I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive school environment where every student feels seen, heard, and valued. I bring with me 10 years of experience in education, having served as an Assistant Principal for Liberty Jr High, and an Emergent Bilingual Specialist at Garland ISD in the Multilingual Department.\u00a0 I am committed to supporting our students, families, and staff as we work together to help each child reach their fullest potential.<\/p><p>At RNJHS we believe that strong partnerships between school and home are essential to a thriving learning experience. Daniel.\u00a0 I worked at Pearce High School as a Biology Teacher, Cheer Coach, Instructional Coach, and AP Testing Coordinator.\u00a0 As an Instructional Coach I supported Science, RLA, all new hires and planned professional developments.\u00a0 I then moved to be an Assistant Principal at Brentfield Elementary.\u00a0 My passion in education is engaging instruction and how to help students grow and
