Welcome to Spring Creek Elementary!

Spring Creek Elementary is a small, close-knit neighborhood school nestled in North Dallas. Established in 1967, Spring Creek has a proud history of academic excellence and strong community traditions. Today, our campus serves approximately 434 students, including Pre-Kindergarten and Structured Developmental Classrooms (SDC).

Our dedicated educators work collaboratively to meet the individual needs of every student, ensuring a personalized and high-quality learning experience in a warm, supportive environment.

Spring Creek is proud of its continued academic success. On the 2022-2023 STAAR Assessments, the campus earned an overall rating of Met Standard with an overall score of 90 (“A”), along with 4 Distinction Designations in:

  • Academic Achievement in Reading/Language Arts

  • Academic Achievement in Science

  • Top 25% in Comparative Academic Growth

  • Postsecondary Readiness

Our school culture is rooted in the Richardson ISD adopted core values of Safe, Respectful, and Responsible. These values encapsulate our commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. 

The staff at Spring Creek is committed, compassionate, and deeply invested in student success. Our school mascot is the eagle, and our colors are green and yellow. This year’s theme is “Spring Creek Elementary: The Greatest School on Earth”, reflecting the joy and excitement of learning in our vibrant school community.
