Blanca goes out of her way to make the cafeteria line as welcoming, easy, and streamlined as possible for the students at Spring Creek Elementary. She greets students and teachers with a smile, is patient with our Pre-K and kindergarten students as they learn how to navigate the food line, make choices, and enter numbers or scan badges.
Blanca is always looking for ways to improve the process and added visuals to our ice cream line on Fridays to make it easier for our students to choose the flavor of ice cream they would like. Blanca also trains her staff in the same manner in which she treats her students. I am so thankful to have her at Spring Creek.
