information is required:<\/p><ul><li>Birth certificate (for students aged 10 and under)<\/li><li>An official document (their last report card)<\/li><li>Your child&#8217;s Social Security Card<\/li><li>Complete immunization records (date, month and year of every immunization received)<\/li><li>Proof of residency (utility bill for homeowners or apartment lease with the parent&#8217;s name)<\/li><li>Proof of withdrawal from your child&#8217;s former school (Only if withdrawal was during the school year.)<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
