    Nick Rustin, Principal

    Celiese Delasbour comes to LHJH from Apollo JH and is beginning her 10th year in the district. She has served as Special education teacher, Behavior program teacher, Special education department chair, English Language Arts teacher and a Girls’ athletics coach for volleyball, basketball and track. Celiese brings with her a servant’s heart and endless enthusiasm about growth and learning. Celiese earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree from Texas Christian University (GoPhrogs!).

     Laura Parker Assistant Principal

    Laura Parker began her career in 2002 and has served as a teacher, coach, and assistant principal in Richardson Independent School District.  She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M and taught Spanish and coached volleyball and track at Liberty Junior High before deciding to move into administration. She earned her Master’s degree from SMU and served as an Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal at Liberty Junior High. In 2017, she became a Wildcat and has enjoyed working with the students, community, and wonderful staff at Lake Highlands Junior High.  Laura is working on her doctorate at Lamar University and is expected to graduate in 2022. 

    Mr Venditto

    Vince Venditto is in his 19th year in education, and fourth year at Lake Highlands Junior High as an Assistant Principal. He previously worked in the Curriculum and instruction Department in Wylie ISD as a 5th-8th grade Science Learning Specialist/Coordinator. He held this position for five years before making the transition to campus administration at LHJH. Vince was a classroom teacher for 10 years, where he had the opportunity to teach all core content. He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and worked in the corporate arena for several years prior to making the move to education. He earned his graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University. Vince is proud to be a member of the Wildcat family!
