The RISD Excellence in Education Foundation works to provide funding for programs that support excellence in teaching and high-achieving schools.
Results –driven programs producing high-achieving students.
In award-winning schools, teacher learning is continuous, multifaceted, data-driven and focused on the school’s identified goals. Finding, creating and continuously refining better ways to teach required skills results in high achievement. Having the supplies and program materials that result in better understanding and retention of new knowledge also leads to academic success.
