At Forest Meadow, we want our Chargers to practice good digital citizenship every day to help them shine both now and in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Digital Citizenship Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every time you post, share, or comment online, you\u2019re creating your digital footprint \u2014 the trail of information that shows up when someone searches your name. Colleges, employers, and even scholarship committees often check digital footprints to learn more about applicants. A positive digital footprint can open doors, while careless posts can close them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tips for Staying Safe and Positive Online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Think Before You Post:<\/strong> Ask yourself, \u201cWould I want my teachers, family, or future employers to see this?\u201d If the answer is no, it\u2019s better not to post it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protect Personal Information:<\/strong> Never share private details like your address, phone number, or passwords online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Respectful:<\/strong> Treat others online the way you want to be treated.
