• All absence notes must be turned in to RAM Central, the entry desk, at Berkner High School.

What to include:

• Student Name as listed in Focus
• Student ID number
• Date of absence
• Periods of absence
• Reason for absence
• Parent/Guardian Name and Contact information
• Parent/Guardian or Physican Signature
