It was an empowering step forward in supporting the mental health of RISD students and families!
This week, RISD celebrated the grand opening of the new Richardson ISD MetroCare clinic, housed at the Thurgood Marshall Student Success Academy. This partnership with Metrocare Services brings accessible school-based and home-based mental health care resources to our community.
Available services include 1-on-1 skills sessions, intervention, and clinical assessments, as well as mental health awareness and education.
