Forestridge Elementary Students, Parents, and Staff,
I am thrilled to introduce myself as the new Principal of Forestridge Elementary. I am deeply honored to join such a vibrant and dedicated community of educators, parents, and students. I am committed to building strong relationships with each member of our school community and work collaboratively to ensure that every student reaches their full potential. Together we will celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and create lasting memories that will shape the future of our students.
I began my educational journey 24 years ago as a classroom teacher in Lake Dallas ISD. In addition to 13 years of classroom experience, I served LDISD as an Instructional Coach and Elementary Curriculum Coordinator. I joined Richardson ISD in 2020 and have had the privilege to serve the Audelia Creek Elementary community as Assistant Principal for the past 4 years.
On a personal note, my husband, Craig and I have 3 children who we enjoy supporting and encouraging along their adult journeys. Our oldest son, Tyler and his wife Kelby, are expecting a baby in July. Our 1st grandbaby! Our middle son, Cade, will be graduating from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in August with a Master’s degree in Finance. Emma, our youngest daughter, is a Sophomore at Oklahoma State University. Raising them has been the greatest joy of my life!
I am eager to begin this journey with you and look forward to getting to know each of you better. Please know that my door is always open for you. As a leader, I am here to listen, support and collaborate,
