Principal Brenda McCollum
I began my educational journey 24 years ago as a classroom teacher in Lake Dallas ISD. In addition to 13 years of classroom experience, I served LDISD as an Instructional Coach and Elementary Curriculum Coordinator. I joined Richardson ISD in 2020 and have had the privilege to serve the Audelia Creek Elementary community as Assistant Principal for the past 4 years.
On a personal note, my husband, Craig and I have 3 children who we enjoy supporting and encouraging along their adult journeys. Our oldest son, Tyler and his wife Kelby, are expecting a baby in July. Our 1st grandbaby! Our middle son, Cade, will be graduating from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in August with a Master’s degree in Finance. Emma, our youngest daughter, is a Sophomore at Oklahoma State University. Raising them has been the greatest joy of my life!
I am eager to begin this journey with you and look forward to getting to know each of you better. Please know that my door is always open for you. As a leader, I am here to listen, support and collaborate.
