Principal Kylee Wall
With 20 years of experience in Richardson ISD, I started my journey as an elementary classroom teacher and then as an instructional coach at Stults Road Elementary. For the past 12 years, I have served as an assistant principal, first at Northlake and then at Lake Highlands Elementary. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Chinese from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. I am a proud emergent bilingual, fluent in Mandarin Chinese, thanks to my mother who immigrated from Taiwan. My passion for education was sparked at an early age by my late father, a scientist who instilled in me a lifelong love of learning and discovery. I received my master’s degree in educational administration from Concordia University of Austin.
Beyond life as a public school administrator, my other important roles include mom, wife, sister, daughter, and aunt. When I am not at school, you can usually find me snuggling with our two dogs, Boston and Winnie, cheering on my son Devin at soccer games (¡Corre, Devin!), taking my daughter Avery to swim practice, or planning a trip for our family with my husband, JT.
Assistant Principal Beth Crisp
I grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, then moved to Lubbock to earn my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University. After raising my three sons, I went back to school and earned my Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University. My entire public education career has been in Richardson ISD where I have served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, district reading specialist, and assistant principal. The 2025-2026 school year will be my 9th year serving as the assistant principal at O.Henry, and I feel so fortunate to be able to work side by side with the students, families, and staff at O.Henry. Their creativity and hard work growing towards their goals inspires me daily.
