7th Grade AVID and AVID Excel students recently had the opportunity to visit two Dallas Community Colleges and see what opportunities lie ahead at the college level. Students enjoyed learning about the EMT, Nursing, Automotive, Animation, Engineering, Art, and Computer Science courses that Brookhaven and Richland College have to offer.
In addition, students learned that through Dallas Promise, they could attend any Dallas College campus at no cost.
