Juan Ramirez, also affectionately known to all of us as Mr. Northlake, consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that students are safe, the front office is secure, and does it all with a happy heart, calm smile and demeanor, and without complaint.
Juan seems to do everything and be everywhere at Northlake. He sets up traffic cones in the morning before anyone gets to school, mentors several students first thing in the morning, helping them get their day started right. He pours so much into this school.
