WWJH Traffic Flow Plan – Construction has required changes to our arrival and dismissal procedures. Our traffic pattern is designed to enhance the flow and to help keep students, staff, and families safe, which remains our highest priority. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Arrival times 7:45 AM – 8:10 AM Dismissal Times 3:50 PM
Car Drop-Off & Pick-Up –
- Enter campus using the third entrance off Arapaho Road.
- Follow the green arrows toward the back of the school.
- Students should remain in their vehicles until they reach the designated drop-off area, near the loading dock doors.
- After dropping off your student, continue through the designated carpool lane and exit campus onto Meandering Way.
- During dismissal students will exit through the loading dock doors.
- For student safety, parking, stopping, dropping off, or picking up students along Arapaho Road is strictly prohibited.
Bus Transportation –
- All school buses will enter from Arapaho, and load/unload students in the front circle drive
- The front circle drive is reserved as a Bus Lane Only from 7:30–8:30 AM & 2:30–4:30 PM.
Walking & Biking to School –
- Students must stay on designated sidewalks at all times and remain out of the parking lot and driveways.
- Please review the highlighted sidewalks on the maps below for designated walking and biking paths. For student safety, campus personnel will be stationed at the Meandering Way exit and at the bus loop to supervise students crossing the parking lot.
- Morning Arrival (All Students):
- Enter through the Cafeteria/Band Hall (marked with a yellow star on the map above).
- Afternoon Dismissal:
- Bikers: Exit through the band Cafeteria/Band Hall.
- Walkers: Exit through the orchestra or library doors on the west side of the building (marked with orange stars below)
