Forest Meadow is proud to announce Carl Dockery as our Red Apple Teacher of the Year!

This award is for first year teachers who demonstrate exemplary competence and growth in the classroom.

We welcomed future Chargers this week during our Charging into Middle School elementary visits.

Students from Aikin, Forest Lane Academy, Merriman Park, Moss Haven, Skyview, and Stults received the VIP treatment as they explored the campus, learned about the different elective classes they can take, listened to a student panel, and signed their AVID College Ready graduation banner!

We look forward to welcoming these rising Chargers and their parents on Wednesday, January 31st at our annual Course Fair.

Forest Meadow held its first ever Neon Pep Rally on Friday, December 8!

The Neon Pep Rally was an electrifying and vibrant spectacle that lit up our school spirit like never before! The colorful outfits, energetic performances, and enthusiastic participation from students and staff made it a truly memorable event.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the neon-themed excitement, making it an unforgettable pep rally that brought our school community closer together.

Congratulations to Ka’marria Garman for being named the winner of Inktober 2023!

Ka’marria’s dedication and artistic talent shone through as she participated every week, and her outstanding work garnered the most votes from our Charger Family.

We thank all the artists who submitted their drawings this month. Your incredible talent truly left us in awe, and we appreciate your creative contributions to this event.

Part of Forest Meadow’s construction plan included new and improved science laboratories. Our students have been putting them to use in a variety of fun science experiments!

In the month of September, we are celebrating and recognizing students who at the end of the week (Wednesday to Wednesday), have zero tardies! Students who qualify will receive an invitation on Wednesday to purchase a Kona Ice treat during lunch on Thursday!

Congratulations Mr. Joshua Garay, 8th Grade Reading Language Arts, for being named this year’s FMJH Red Apple 1st Year Teacher Awardee!! Mr. Garay was nominated for his innovative teaching, strong student relationships, and his commitment to all at FMJH!

Mr. Garay will continue on to the district level where a committee will choose one 1st year teacher to celebrate! We know it will be Mr. Garay!
