Our 5th grade students visited the Berkner STEM Center on Monday, December 11th to deepen their understanding of how landforms such as deltas, canyons, and sand dunes are the result of changes to Earth’s surface. Students observed landforms in the Immersion Studio, as well as through the VR Goggles, discussing how each landform is created. Then, they constructed landforms using various mediums in groups! The day ended by completing a gallery walk to view all creations.
