New Dean of Students, Dr. Kelly Banker, is here to support students.
Dean of Students is a new role for all Richardson schools, and principal Kerri Jones hopes Banker can “really focus on student needs like attendance, tardies, and also have celebrations for kids who are doing well.” Banker’s job consists of meeting with a variety of people and adapting to the day. “I arrive with a plan every day, but that changes quickly with all the events that happen during the school day,” Banker added. “I hope to be in classrooms, meet with students, teachers, and parents, and provide support as needed.”She looks forward to learning the values of the Wildcats!
