Principal Lauren Bolack
I have been the proud principal at MST since 2020. It is my belief that relationships are the foundation of every strong school community. It has been said that “MST is the Place to Be!”—and I couldn’t agree more. The incredible staff, students, parents, and community that make up the MST family are truly one-of-a-kind.
My passion lies in creating a learning environment where all students feel seen, loved, and celebrated for the unique gifts they bring to our campus. At MST, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where both students and staff are inspired to grow into the best version of themselves. We believe in pushing boundaries and embracing real-world, authentic learning experiences that challenge us to think critically, work collaboratively, and dream big.
I have served in RISD for the past 17 years, beginning my journey in education as a kindergarten and fourth grade teacher, then as an instructional coach, assistant principal, and now as a principal. It has been a joy to bring my leadership experience to MST and to learn alongside the incredible educators in our building as we work together to ensure the success of every student.
As a lifelong learner myself, I believe in modeling a love of learning for my students and staff. I earned my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at Dallas, my Master’s in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, and my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from DBU in 2020.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family. My husband Matthew and I have two amazing sons who keep us on our toes. Our oldest, Jadon, recently graduated from Berkner High School and is headed to the University of Kansas to study engineering. Our youngest, Conner, is a proud Richardson Eagle, where he enjoys playing football and exploring his interest in culinary arts.
Assistant Principal Bobbie Lewis
I am excited to serve as the Assistant Principal at MST Magnet and to be part of such an incredible school community. I believe every student deserves to feel seen, valued, and challenged, and I am passionate about building relationships that help students, staff, and families thrive. My goal is to help create a school where everyone feels they belong and is inspired to grow every day.
My journey in education began as a first-grade teacher, and over the years I have also served as a Reading Specialist, District Recruiter, and Principal Resident. Each experience has strengthened my love for education and my belief that strong relationships and meaningful learning experiences make all the difference.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and my Master’s in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. I am committed to being a lifelong learner and continuously growing alongside the students and educators I serve.
When I’m not at school, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, traveling, trying a new restaurant, or spending time with family and friends. I am grateful to be part of the MST White Tiger family and look forward to an amazing school year together!

Assistant Principal Emily Jarvis
I am absolutely thrilled to be returning to the wonderful MST community as your Assistant Principal. From 2011 to 2021, I had the true privilege of being part of the MST family as a mother and PTA member. Those years were so incredibly supportive and enriching for my own family, and I cannot wait to pour that same love, care, and investment back into our school community.
I believe with all my heart that every single student deserves the chance to reach their highest potential. My passion for providing exceptional, joyful learning experiences aligns perfectly with the beautiful culture of excellence already established here at MST. As educators, it is our greatest responsibility—and our privilege—to actively remove barriers and create safe spaces where our students can build resilience, perseverance, and determination along their learning journey.
Over the past 23 years, I have had the honor of serving the Richardson Independent School District in so many fulfilling roles. From my time as a classroom teacher to serving as an Instructional Math Coach, a District Differentiation Coach, an Academic Facilitator in the Lake Highlands Learning Community, and an Assistant Principal at both Wallace Elementary and Hamilton Park Pacesetter Magnet, my focus has always been on helping students and staff thrive.
My personal love for learning never slows down, and I hope to always model that joyful curiosity and growth for our students. I hold a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Currently, I am pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Midwestern State University.
I could not be more delighted to be back home with the MST Magnet family, and I look forward to an amazing year of growing, learning, and partnering together!
