Backpack Bash 2026-27

The 2026-27 school year is right around the corner, and this year’s Backpack Bash is coming to a campus near you in August 2026.

Richardson ISD is committed to supporting students and families all summer long with learning opportunities, meal programs, counseling resources, and childcare options.

Students at MST Magnet had the opportunity to engage in authentic, real-world STEM work; collecting unique samples to contribute to the world’s first open-access microbial library database, helping to find new treatments for disease!
