Dear Parkhill Families, Staff and Community,
It has been my honor and privilege to serve as the Principal at Parkhill Junior High School for the past eleven years. I am writing to share that I have accepted the Principal position at L.V. Berkner High School in RISD.
It is with mixed emotions that I share this news. While I look forward to a new opportunity and the chance to grow professionally, leaving Parkhill will be difficult. I love and cherish this school and its community. I have enjoyed strong relationships with students, families and staff members and am beyond grateful for my time spent here. Parkhill is an incredible place and will continue to achieve great things!
RISD is beginning the process of identifying the next principal of Parkhill Junior High School, which will include an opportunity for parent and staff input to create a principal profile that will be used in the selection process. More information about this process will be coming soon from Pearce Learning Community Area Superintendent Peggy Dillon.
I want to thank you for allowing me to serve your family as the principal of Parkhill. It has truly been an honor and a pleasure to be a part of this school community.
