Meet the Teacher and See the Campus

Monday, September 16 – Teachers will be available in their classrooms from 6:00 – 7:45 PM

You may park on Senior Way or Front of the Building

5:30 – PTA General Meeting in the Library

6:00 – 7:45 PM – Meet the Teachers (Come and Go) – they will be standing at their doors to meet you. This is not a time for a conference or to talk specifics about the class. It truly is a meet and greet. Teachers will have handouts/QR Codes for more info about their classes. Some classes will have student work hanging on the walls outside their rooms or in their classrooms for you to enjoy.

Many of our senior lifeguards will be present in the building to help you find classrooms.

6:30 – 7:15 PM – Senior Parent Meeting in the Library

Student Performances to showcase what they’ve been working on in class in the Commons.

5:55 – 6:10 – MOB (North) and Drum Line (South) will be at both entrances

6:10 – Stampede

6:25 – Forte

7:20 – Pacesetters

7:30 – ROTC

7:40 – Folklorico

7:40 – Theatre Musical Performance in the Auditorium

Culinary will have some treats by the culinary room near the commons. Don’t forget to stop by the new art wing to see artwork by some of our talented Mustangs!

We are also going to have food trucks for you to buy dinner. You are welcome to eat in the Commons or take it home after Meet the Teacher. They accept cash and cards.

Bus Shuttle Service – Coach Johnson will be shuttling a bus from Carolyn Bukhair Elementary for families who need transportation. Bus will leave CBE at 5:45 PM and 6:45. A return bus will leave Pearce to return to CBE at 6:30 and 7:45 PM.
