Our Mission is to promote cultural education and bring joy to our audiences through the beauty of Folklorico. Good to Know!! Our purpose is to celebrate and spread the love for Hispanic Culture by performing traditional dances around the community. You do not have to try out to be on the team. No experience needed! The class is usually during 8th period. It is a year-round commitment. We follow UIL rules-you must be passing every 3 weeks to perform and stay on the team. We spend additional time practicing and traveling to performances after school, during the school day, and weekends. It is free to join, however there may be some small fees for personal items or food throughout the year. You will be held to a higher standard. This includes being kind, respectful, and disciplined.
