EARN SERVICE / VOLUNTEER HOURS
All JJ Pearce students are invited to earn service / volunteer hours by donating gently used books. Gently used books are needed for donation to the RISD Council of PTAS used Book Fair. Here is information about the book fair and what types of books they are looking for: Book Fair Link
During winter break, please take some time to look through your house for books you are no longer reading. There is a collection bin outside of the SOUTH entrance to the school (Melrose). Donate Board Books, Early Readers, Middle Grade, Teen, Young Adult, Fiction, and Non-Fiction books.
For every 20 books donated JJ Pearce students can receive 1 hour towards their service / volunteer hours.
