All students have been given a YONDR pouch and should use every day.
Before enter the school premises, students must power off their personal communication devices. Before entering the building and while awaiting the opening of school doors, students must place all cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, wireless headphones, earbuds and other electronic devices into their designated Yondr pouches.
it is the student’s responsibility to request a replacement pouch from personnel on duty if they fail to have their pouch upon arrival.
In the event of leaving campus for an appointment, unlock your pouch at the main office before exiting the building. Upon returning, ensure to relock your pouch at the main office.
Accessing your personal communication devices, including cell phone, smartwatch, tablet, and wireless headphones and earbuds anywhere on campus during the school day is strictly prohibited.
If a student has a damaged pouch, please contact a school administrator immediately to ensure that you can receive a replacement pouch. If the damaged pouch is a result of malice, negligence or intentional acts a student will be subject to consequences established in the RISD Student Code of Conduct and will need to pay $20 for a replacement pouch.
ID Badges should be worn around neck all day. Any student who forgets/loses an ID badge must purchase a new one. They will be sold and printed on the Coit Entrance at the beginning of the day.
