During the 2020–2021 season, when the team navigated an 11-2 record amidst unprecedented challenges, Dansby’s leadership was the constant. She didn’t just coach a playbook; she coached a mindset. From being named the RISD Coach of the Year to clinching her 100th career victory, the numbers simply reflect the relentless preparation she demanded. In the record books, it reads ’29-5,’ but in the gym, it felt like a masterclass in excellence.

For those who have been here for several years, you know that Coach Lawson and his staff have created some great memories and brought multiple championships to RHS.
