Five RHS Future Hotel & Tourism Professionals (FHTP) were selected from 120 RHS Hotel Management Students to attend the 2026 Hotel Association of North Texas (HANTX) Annual Meeting, celebrating 100 years of advocacy and leadership in the hotel industry.
FHTP students: Andrew Mitchell, Lilian Rincon-Cruz, Yaotl Carlos, Juan Posada Gonzalez, and Pedro Ramos earned this opportunity based on their NOCTI Industry Certification test readiness.
At the event, students practiced professional networking with hotel industry leaders and heard from featured speaker Monica Paul, Executive Director of the Dallas Sports Commission, who shared updates on the FIFA World Cup 26™ and its anticipated economic impact on North Texas as the region prepares to welcome the world.
This experience highlights the RHS Hotel Hub program’s commitment to connecting classroom learning with real-world industry leadership opportunities.
