Good afternoon,
I would like to share the success or this years new JLAB Teams we have three of them. We have two academic teams and one leadership team. This year’s success allowed both of our academic teams to qualify and move to the second round which will be held first week of February. These Cadets did an amazing job and studied very hard and drill in lots of academic and JROTC curriculum. Both Level I and II consist of approximately 75 questions and take approximately 1 hour to complete.

The main goal of the JROTC Academic Bowl is to prepare students for state exit/graduation exams as well as college entrance exams, such as the SAT and ACT.
Questions cover language arts, math, science, and general knowledge in each level of the competition. The breakdown of question content in both online rounds is:
85% – core curriculum questions (math, science, language arts)
15% – General Knowledge (financial literacy, college entrance, and current events questions)
