Three teams from the Communications Magnet at Richardson High School recently traveled to Corpus Christi for the SkillsUSA State Competition.
Once again, we are proud to report our News Broadcast team walked away with a third place finish! Winning Bronze in this category is a huge accomplishment. Our team put together a standup broadcast and blew the competition away.
SkillsUSA is a huge competition and Video News Production is an extremely competitive event, with most winners from Texas going on to win nationals. Winning a medal in this particular contest is a true testament to the dedication of this team.
