Our eight competing athletes demonstrated incredible strength, discipline, and grit across all three disciplines: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Thanks to their hard work, the Iron Eagles finished in the 9th out of the 45 teams that competed out of Region 3.
Individual Standouts
Three of our lifters reached the podium, each securing a hard-fought 3rd-place finish in their respective weight classes:
Sam Moyo: 3rd Place (165 weight class with a total weight of 1,040lbs)
Leo Dennis: 3rd Place (220 weight class with a total weight of 1,150lbs)
Noah Ross: 3rd Place (308 weight class with a total weight 1,285lbs)
Regional Record Breaker
A special shout-out is due to Noah Ross, who didn’t just place—he made history. Noah set a new Region 3 Record for the 308lb. weight class Bench Press with a massive lift of 335lbs!
