ASVAB Registration is still OPEN!

ASVAB Career Exploration program. Students in Grades 10-12, unsure of what you want to do after high school? Whats your dream job? Get to know your strengths, yourself, and your options. This online assessment will be offered on your campus during the school day on the following dates: February 13, 2025: Berkner High School (sign up is open from Jan 12 - Feb 11 2025). To participate, please fill out the form by using the link below in the description. Participation is voluntary and free of charge. For more information, visit www.asvabprogram.com. If you still need further assistance you can visit your campus' College and Career Center OR contact kellie.sellers@risd.org/ 469.593.7491/ ASVAB is an online assessment that builds a pathway in selecting your college and or career options. You will gain exclusive access to career exploration tools that will allow you to explore any careers that interest you. Even thouhg ASVAB was once just for military service - this in the new and improved Armed Services VOCATIONAL Aptitude Battery assessment. It is for EVERY 10 - 12 grade student.

The ASVAB registration is still open. The exam will be February 13, 2025 during school, and the ASVAB is a program available to 10th – 12th grade students. It is an excellent way to help undecided students. Once a student completes the assessment, they are given access to the ASVAB CEP program. This program combines the students’ skills with interests to give them career choices best suited for them. It will then provide information on all universities, trade schools, and military offering programs for the career choice.

Registration closes on February 11, 2025. The link for students to register is here or distribute the attached flyer.

Students can prepare for the ASVAB by accessing this site. The program will not provide accurate suggestions if the student doesn’t prepare.
