Are you ready to explore the world of technology, learn new skills, and bring your ideas to life? UT Dallas is hosting Zero Day, presented by T-Mobile—a free, 24-hour hackathon designed specifically for high school students on November 7–8!

Whether you’ve never written a line of code or you’re already an experienced developer, no prior experience is needed to participate. Throughout the weekend, sponsor-led workshops, interactive activities, and events will help you pick up new technology skills and connect with industry mentors.

Event Details & Key Info:

  • When: November 7–8
  • Where: The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas)
  • Who Can Join: High school students (teams of 1 to 4 participants). Note: Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian present with them at all times.
  • Cost: Completely FREE!

What to Expect:

Form a team of 1 to 4 people, brainstorm an innovative software project, build it completely from scratch over 24 hours, and present it to compete for exciting prizes. Along the way, enjoy free learning sessions, fun activities, and networking opportunities!
