We were so excited to welcome author and illustrator Don Tate to Brentfield in April! Students learned about what it’s like to be both a writer and an artist. They also got to see Don’s (and some of their classmates’) drawing in action! He even did a book signing! Everyone had a great time!
Before participating in volunteer opportunities in schools and district facilities, all RISD volunteers must complete a background check.
At the Aug. 7 Board meeting, district leaders presented an update on student performance and a preview of the upcoming 2025 accountability ratings.
