My name is Robin Fishman & I am one of BFE’s school counselors currently serving grades Pre-K, 1, 2, 5, & 6th. This is my 25th year as a school counselor. Mrs. Rice and I are grateful to work with all Brentfield students. We can often be found teaching classes, meeting with groups or individual students, supporting teachers, and being a resource to our families and community.
I am thrilled to join the Brentfield Elementary community in my first year as a school counselor. With experience teaching in both Garland and Plano ISDs, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. Before moving to Richardson ISD, I also served as an instructional coach for a year, where I gained valuable insights into supporting both teachers and students.
My husband, Joe, and I are proud parents of a little girl named Abigail. We cherish our family time, especially our weekends at the lake. I’m also a proud graduate and fan of Texas Tech University. I am eager to contribute to the success and well-being of Brentfield’s students, staff, and community and look forward to an exciting year ahead!
