As the spring semester begins, there are many opportunities to volunteer in Richardson ISD, such as field trips, class parties, end-of-the-year field days, assisting in classrooms, and so much more.

Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year opens on Feb. 25.

RISD’s #LearnerGrowthExperience continues to transcend classroom walls as MST Magnet kindergartners journey through the stages of learning — their imaginations ignite as they wonder and discover through hands-on exploration at the Dallas Arboretum and they collaborate with peers along the way. So much learning, so much fun!

Check out students at MST Magnet as they dive into a lively word-swatting competition! Given only definitions, they identify words and classify them as verbs, adjectives, nouns, and more in a race against their opponent.

Another 12 schools met or exceeded their attendance goals last year.
