The Pearce High School chapter celebrated a momentous occasion on the evening of December 3rd with our annual Induction Ceremony. We were thrilled to welcome 226 new members into our chapter. The ceremony was greatly enhanced by our lovely guest speaker, Dayne Whitehurst, who delivered an incredibly motivational speech that resonated deeply with all attendees,

On top of performing Alice by Heart for over 4,500 theatre students from around the state, they also brought home MainStage Award Winners. 

Throughout the year we will do random wand searches as well as metal detectors upon entry. We had one on Friday, November 14th and all went well. Our goal is to be as efficient as possible so students arrive to class on time. These searches will not be announced unless we do a search of

RISD is among the 72 school districts in the state of Texas to be recognized as a 2026 District of Distinction by the Career and Technical Association of Texas (CTAT).

Athletes from RISD high schools have committed to continuing their academic and athletic development at colleges and universities around the country on National Signing Day, November 12.
