Dear Wallace Families,
It is with great excitement that I share a new opportunity to lead and serve at another RISD campus. I have been asked to serve as the principal of Skyview Elementary, another wonderful school within the Lake Highlands Learning Community.
While I am excited about this next step, I want to express my deep appreciation for my time here at Wallace. This school has been more than just a place of work—it has been a community filled with heart, dedication, and the shared goal of making a difference in the lives of our students. I will always value the relationships I’ve built with students, families, and staff, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together.
Thank you for your continued support, collaboration, and partnership. I’m looking forward to all that lies ahead, and I’m equally grateful for everything Wallace has meant to me.
As Wallace moves forward, RISD will assemble a Principal Reflector Committee to include parents and staff to help select the next leader for this campus. I will always carry the spirit of Wallace with me as I begin this next journey, because like I always say:
