Congratulations to Yale Roadrunner Alex R. in 6th grade on being presented the RISD Believes Student Award at the last Board of Trustees Meeting January 18th.

Alex exemplifies all the qualities of being an outstanding @yaleroadrunners. He’s a mentor, leader, role model, & great friend to all. We are all so proud of him!

The RISD Believes Student Award (formerly known as the Say Something Award) is a monthly recognition of any RISD student who has exemplified servant leadership qualities by their behavior or actions towards others.  This award is an opportunity to recognize those students who demonstrate outstanding character and identify a problem/need in their school or community and choose to take action to solve that problem or meet that need.
