My educational journey started as a teacher and coach in Bryan-College Station 15 years ago. I’ve served in multiple roles as an administrator in RISD for the last 7 years.  After the 2017-2018 year at West, I served as an Assistant Principal at Richardson High School for three years.  During that time I supported the freshmen class, the math department, CTE, the RHS Magnet programs, and many other areas.  Most recently, I was the principal at Moss Haven Elementary in the Lake Highlands Learning Community for three years.

My family and I have lived and raised our kids in Richardson for the past 9 years.  All three of my children currently attend MST in RISD. I went to college at Texas A&M University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in history and my master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum Development.

My passion lies in fostering academic growth and building relationships within our school community. I look forward to meeting with the RWJH staff, community, and students to establish strong relationships and work together toward a bright future.

Hello Bronco Family! This is my eighth year as assistant principal at Richardson West Junior High Arts and Technology Magnet. Overall, this is my 16th year in Richardson ISD. I moved to Texas 16 years ago from New Jersey and landed in Richardson ISD immediately. It is like my second home! I love working at RWJH and serving the teachers, students, and community of West. West is Best! I have two children: a little girl Charlee (9) and my baby boy Cason (5). When I am not here, I am enjoying time with my family!

Greetings Broncos! I am Tommy Lamberth and I am the Assistant Principal for 8th grade this year at West. It is going to be a great year!

This is my 17th year in education, and my 6th year as an administrator. I have been in RISD my whole career and was a student in RISD growing up. RISD is truly the place to be!

West is a special place and there’s a reason why we say West is Best! I have three children, with my son being an incoming 7th grader, Jacob, at West this year. My daughters Greta and Polly are RISD students as well.

I received my Bachelors from Baylor University and my Masters from Lamar University.

Looking forward to a great year! Go Broncos!
