The HPPM Library’s mission is to teach inquiry and information literacy skills, digital citizenship, online safety, and promote a school-wide culture of reading.
It is my privilege to be the LITE/Librarian at HPPM since 2021. I received my Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, and my Masters in Library and Information Science from Texas A&M Commerce. I have been working in education since 2003, and my passion is fostering a love of reading to our students.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. I have been involved with HPPM as a parent since 2009. All of my children have attended HPPM. I was also the garden club teacher for 2 years. I am now enjoying my time in the library helping all students find their perfect books.
