At Hamilton Park Pacesetters Magnet Leadership Academy, every student is a leader. The program is thoughtfully designed to build confidence, character, and a strong sense of purpose–preparing students to advocate for themselves and for others as they grow into change makers. We set a legacy of excellence and leadership, setting the pace for our students as they grow.
We are working daily to build confidence in our learning so that students can advocate for themselves and those around them. We work on leadership skills through our specialized law electives, AVID strategies, and integrate leadership and strong values into daily life. HPPM has a culture that strengthens critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills. Students are given opportunities to use their voices, speak for themselves, ask questions, and foster their curiosity.
Opportunities like the Bobcat Ambassadors program allow students to lead by example, representing their school with pride and showing integrity and responsibility. Our students learn that true leadership means embracing their unique backgrounds and personalities and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
